if you have this item in your bag, they are used on the quest Forge Camp: Annihilated for those of you who are like myself and cleared quest log and later wondered what exactly this item was used for.

The quest requires you have two of the Fel Cannon Activators one from Forge Camp: Hate and the other from Forge Camp: Fear .

Unfortunately I removed the quest from my quest log (or so I assume as I had the items) but could no longer pick up the quest even if I disposed of the items and tried again to pick it up)

The Quest starts and ends with Altruis the Sufferer.
