If you can’t tell by my user name, I’m rather fond of bacon. I have a number of other toons named after bacon as well. Because of the scarcity of bacon in this game the Helboar Bacon is rather unique, and much more valuable than people might at first realize. I’d like to present a list of just a few of the things you can use this item for.

The obvious use: it's a buff food. Eat it and gain 20 str for 15 min.
It's a recruiting tool: Having trouble in trade chat finding people for your Dragon Soul run? Offer free bacon to whoever joins you.
It's a bribe: No, I can't go higher than 1500g for that armor, but I'll throw in a slice of bacon!
To settle arguments: I have bacon. Your argument is invalid.
To grow your guild: Sure, we might only have 2 guild bank tabs, but FREE BACON to anyone who joins!
It's a reward: give it as a prize to whoever gets the highest weekly guild activity.
It's a gift: Next time someone does you a favor and refuses to let you pay them, give them a piece of bacon instead.
To get guild charter signatures: FREE BACON to anyone that signs!
To troll people in trade chat: Whatshisface is such a noob, he's probably never eaten before!

And that's just the beginning. Use your imagination and you'll find this to be an incredibly valuable item. Use it wisely!
