Good for Ret pallys too if you already have something socketed with the 5Str/4Agi unique gem.

Good for a vendor, IMO. if you willingly socket an item with this gem you need to learn your class, not a single dps class in the game aims for mp5.

Enhance Shammies, loladains, and hunters could use this to count towards a blue gem on their meta gems. Aside from that, its not worth it.

This gem is amazing for a hunter. With the change to them no longer being unique-equipped in 2.4, you can put 2 of these in your gear, and then put delicate crimson spinals in the rest of your sockets and still get the 12 agility 3% increased crit damage meta bonus.
