In terms of avoidence, this is imo the best. Too much dodge = not enough damage taken to generate rage. No rage, no threat, sad warlocks =[

Parry causes a instant attack on your part, which will generate rage.

Block is good but only to push crushings off the table, block only reduces total damage taken, too many hits and the healers have a hard time, parries and dodges give a bit of breathing space.

So for Red socket gems go for Prot warriors, this is awesome, better than dodge imo. Of course depends on your gear

10 parry rating = 0.452488687% parry at level 70.

This and the other epic TBC gems now scale to 90 and give the same stats as the Rare quality MoP cuts
