The trinket got a 35% proc chance, and the internal cooldown is 45sec.

It procs from both direct damage and periodic damage.

Fact check, Epic Inscription Decks (assuming the buyout cost on wowhead matches local AH costs)

There are 8 cards to make a deck (Ace-8)

There are 4 decks that can be created with the same recipe, so your odds of making a specific card are 1/32. (8 cards * 4 decks)

The rewards:
- Greatness - Intellect Spirit Strength Agility (You can choose which you get.)
- Illusion
- Death
- Berserker!

Assuming you have astronomically good luck and you make all 8 of the desired cards on the first try you’d need either:

- Farm 60 stacks of high level herbs and 24 Eternal Lifes
or
- 3800 Gold to buy reagents

Assuming you have above average luck…

- Farm 240 stacks of high level herbs and 96 Eternal Lifes
or
- 15000+ Gold to buy reagents

- You’re probably going to spend double that though

- Assuming you just buyout the cards on the AH: 11350 Gold

It's going to go up significantly. As of now for people gearing up the first thing you buy is the easily acquired Mirror of Truth, then you really don't need to replace it usually until you managed to either a) get really lucky and score the Fury of the Five Flights from OS25 or b) spend 7-10kg (or more depending on server) on Darkmoon Card: Greatness.

There are 3 easily obtainable blue trinkets that are better than Darkmoon Card: Death right now- the Meteorite Whetstone (my current and personal fav as a mut rogue), Sphere of Red Dragon's Blood and the Incisor Fragment (and maybe the Mighty Alchemists Stone (alch only)). Above those, you're at Naxx/Maly.

Assuming they dont nerf it from the way it is now on PTR, the 3.1 Death card will be middle of the field with the Naxx/Maly trinkets. It will become the new standard must-have trinket to pair with Mirror of Truth while gearing up for raids as long as you have cash to spend on it. I suspect Death will pick up most of the price drop that Greatness has seen recently and I'll make a wild guess and say it will have a 350%-500% increase in price.

With that said, I have several of these decks banked (along with lots of Icy Dragon Scales) to flip post-patch to fund my Greatness card.

The price of this card is usually in 500-700 range. They were 1k+ a few weeks ago, but massive undercutting and large quantities of these cards being available, caused the price to plunge.

i had ace, and cards 3-8, and not working (spell Undeath Deck)
opened a ticket with a STUPID GM and got the only answer ever get from a GM: "reset your interface"

i purchased the card two too and i managed to get the deck by combining 8 cards not 7

ignoring my frustration with blizzard support i ask:

can anyone else confirm that this is a 8 cards deck and not 7 as it should be ?

(and i did on the same server, with the same character, on the same interface, the Prisms Deck from 7 cards, some time ago)

the prisms deck was a bug then, it always requires 8 card, wowhead only shows 7 because its the card you click on + the 7 you combine it with

The tooltip for re-agents is a bit misleading.

You need all 8 cards to make a deck.
The tool tip shows only any 7/8 of the deck. This is misleading.

OMG is this normal ?............I make this Undeath Deck and take the Q then i get idea to sell this deck and i Abanon Quest.....and now i dont have deck or any cards ist disappear..........so it is normal ?
