It's odd that they don't include Above and Beyond as a retroactive way to achieve this. You must kill Balnazzar, pick up his head, return it to Light's Hope Chapel, and then kill Baron Rivendare. It seems to fulfill all the objectives...

Watch it when killing Balnazzar, I killed him too fast, not allowing him to switch to the demon form and I didn't get the achievement.

I've Gotten all the way into where his green pavillion is but can't seem to find the baron so how do you get to him? The pavillion door is locked and no "use gear" or "wheel" appears to open it. How do you complete this acheivement?

Stratholme has changed since Cata. Now the instance is completely split into 2 separate instances. You get to the holy side through the main entrance, but to get to the undead side you have to use the service entrance (you don't need a key any more). To get the achievement you have to kill the last boss on each side.

the entrance to the service gate is no longer requries you to go through main gate. it is it's own instance now with its own entrance. look on your map of eastern plague-lands for "eastwall gate" that is the entrance. its right by the main entrance of strathholme. if ur still having trouble finding the the entrance than just google it

Probaly my fav instance. Culling of Strathlome not even close to the orginal one. lol both drop mounts just thought of that while typing this!

Easy achievement to get once you are 85 :)

Also, will come naturally as you farm for the Dreadsteed of Rivendare :D

Still unable to do this achievement on 6.0.2 PTR just tried twice, as soon as you leave one side and enter the other the name is greyed out and you no longer have the kill tallied.

As of patch 6.0something you cannot get this acheivement. I repeat since they split the dungeon into 2 separate dungeons, each time you complete one (killing the end boss) and then exit and go enter the other side and kill that boss, the other boss kill is greyed out on the achievement page. It resets! I have tried this many times without realizing. I hope to save someone else's time.

As of today I have ran this dungeon twice and I am having the same problem listed here. I will have one boss marked off then once leaving and completing second part it grays it back out. I submitted a ticket yesterday and the response was the same, they can't confirm and can't help me. I then today submitted a detailed bug. Hopefully it's fixed soon. It's quite frustrating!

I have reopened another ticket (before opening a ticket originally I reported the bug) giving them more information and referring them to this page which i believe they clearly haven't read. Hopefully It will be fixed asap it's very annoying.

Still Buged at December 22, 2014 is the same problem with King of Dire Maul Achivement. and it seem too easy to fix for developers , once out of the instance the player lose the regis of the progress for every final boss killed en diferents stages of the instances!

I created an account just for this achievement. I have had the same problems trying to get this achievement. I have now been awarded the achievement from the GM's by supplying screenshots of the head and the key and standing in front of the gate that used to link the two. I sent it in as a response to the default message people seem to be getting. Hopefully they fix this soon. Contact me if you would like to see the screenshots I sent

Requested and got a non-boilerplate response on the ticket I submitted. Lethal levels of perky, but apparently there is hope!

I've personally put together a bug report and sent it over to our Development and Quality Assurance teams to look into this issue further on your behalf. After 2 days of explaining that this is bugged, Blizzard finally awarded me the achievement.

"Heya Móoze,

Snoy4ik managed to get this achievement this way (translation from his post):

So old instance used to be one before 6.0.2 with both bosses in it. After patch instance was divided in to parts separated by a gate (that's why it is not possible to get the achievement).

You'll need a group of 4 people: yourself, one warlock and two other random guys. The gates that are dividing two instances (and are closed) are situated by coordinates 89 33 for left side and 58 76 for the right side. Three other guys go to one instance part and you to another. Kill the boss on your own, run to the gate, then get summoned by warlock via Ritual of summoning and kill other boss. Achievement granted.

As of patch 6.1, the bug that existed for a while seems to be fixed.

Was able to earn this achievement today with my 100 warrior. Started with Dead (Rivendare's) side and then moved to Living (Balnazzar's).
