You get these by filleting Petit dormeur tacheté, Dormeur tacheté or Dormeur tacheté énorme, which can be fished up in Nagrand.

(you can sell your surplus (over 10) to the nearby vendor, and buy them back after handing in the quest)

Save your extra fish eggs: before complete the daily fishing quest, you can mail the extra eggs to your alts, they can also use it for the quest, or just sell the extra eggs to the vendor, after completting the quest you can buy it back.

You can no longer buy or sell these on the auction house as they are "quest items" which cannot be auctioned. It was changed with the patch update on Feb 24/15.

i also think that during a more recent hotfix, they've now made the eggs into "non-physical" quest items, akin to the marks you get from the garrison pet battle dailies, they don't take up any bag space.
