I recieved it today from this Cache enfouie spawned by ToothPick's ability while doing her weekly quest. (the chest spawned not from first usage, but like after 10-15 usages, when quest was almost done)

This dropped off Innervus for me today, while I was Venthyr. My stitchyard is Rank 5. Unsure if other Abominable Stitching pieces will drop regardless of covenant.

I believe these and other covenant feature related items had their drop rate increased somewhere around 9.1 or 9.1.5. I got the Big Floppy Hat and the Venthyr Spectacles in Bastion while doing my second Chordy quest ever, just now. On my very first cast of Lucky Nose in Oribos yesterday, I got the Otherworldly Hat. On a Venthyr character just a few weeks ago, I farmed the dog's bone for the Ember Court after only about 20 mobs. It can't be luck.

I thought I would share this experience. This was right after Dragonflight 10.0.5 release.

I wanted to try killing Innervus before going on a hunting expedition.

I'm just finishing up Maldraxxus and going through the list. I went to the building on the bottom Southwest corner of Revendreth. This is the building where we do the quest of picking up the chains and harnessing the souls and then killing some of the crouching ugly guys. (Sorry late on a Saturday when writing this.)

First, if like everyone else, you have already cleaned out your bags and you can't get into the building because the Feral Ritualists are not dropping the key. Go check your bank. This is the Scorched key that we've all been carrying around forever. It looks golden until you actually read the details.

That is the key you need. I had A Call to Revendreth but I had already completed it, but not turned it in.

Getting into the building and even six levels above his level were not easy but not hard either. Before I went into the building I summoned Toothpick. During the fight, I would click on Toothpick's ability World Shaker. It dropped on my first try.

This could have been dumb luck or simply a higher drop rate now that we are in Dragonflight but it's worth a try.

Today I share my shame with you, but a shame that scored me a win.
Confirmed drop off Innervus today. It was my first kill, and I am on my Necrolord (so haven't done any prerequisite quests to be able to loot keys.)
1. Fly to her crypt
2. Get nakey
3. Pull some mobs right up to her crypt door
4. Let them smack you upside the face
5. Res inside the crypt
6. Put gear back on
7. Kill Innervus
8. Win
