Soloed these as Combat Specced Rogue (77 ZA level gear)
Used CC -> KS -> Evasion and ended up with about 50% health

Solo'd as a 78 ret pally, wasn't too hard. Killed a few for the quest drop, just do what you'd normally do if u get in trouble just stun em and heal, they also do a hex so if u have a pvp trinket equipped thatll take care of it. Never had to bubble or use loh, good luck soloing.

God i hate my RNG luck. 10 kills and 0 hearts.....doing it as a resto druid also takes FOREVER!
