This seems to make you move like you're walking, but not limit your actual speed.

It's pretty funny to mess around with on your ground mounts.

Using this disguise is a great way to level your fishing. Fishing does not break the disguise, and you can fish without fighting while hopping between the Sagefish School's in The Loch.

you will not aggro anything in the loch wile having this item active. to bad it is limited to the loch.

This doesn't keep mobs from aggroing on you, it just reduces the aggro range to a very small one. If you get right next to a mob (or allow one to get right next to you) it will aggro on you. Fighting back drops the disguise, and of course at that point anything within range will also aggro on you. So take care when using it!

This practical Quest-Item will disappear when you hand in the Quest "Axis of Awful".
But there is a simple way to keep this Item without keeping the Quest open.

Do the Quest "Axis of Awful"
Before Hand in the Quest destroy the "Clever Plant Disguise Kit"
Hand in the Quest
Visit https://eu.battle.net/support/en/restoration and restore the "Clever Plant Disguise Kit"
Go to a ingame-Mailbox and take your "Clever Plant Disguise Kit" -- HAVE FUN!

The disguise kit is in a green bag given when you accept the quests. you have to open it first :P
