Totem was removed from my inventory when I turned the quest in, which sucks hugely, because:

This totem works anywhere, not just in the new Cata locations. It's rather like the Totem of Spirits, a cool toy to play with. Unlike the ToS, the DT will aggro mobs if they get close and it spawns in place of any non-combat pet you may have out. It also interferes with *some* NPCs, typically those that are spawned as part of a quest (eg, Pebble and the troll shaman who comes to visit the Stonemother during At the Stonemother's Call). You can have ToS and DT out at the same time.

In short, put this one in the bank.

The quest for which the totem is given appears to have been removed. I was unable to turn it in and contacted a GM. http://i47.tinypic.com/k4yqs2.png
