Upon completion of this quest the invitation is removed and the bouncers will remove you from the Boom Room if you try to re-enter. There's a pretty nice view of the fights from up there and no one around so if you are spending a lot of time doing Brawlers you may want to hold off on completing this, especially with how long the queues are currently.

You get this item when you accept the quest Stirred, Not Shaken. It is part of the quests you get after reaching 950/6000 friendly rep with Operation: Shieldwall.

Why cant they just make it come from an achievement reward?

Okay, they should make this room a bonus area for lounging in and viewing the fights once you hit level 7 or 8 - getting up there once with a low-level quest and never getting up there again is just dumb.

UPDATE: I've been told the bouncers will let you pass once you reach level 8 - I can't personally confirm since I have one boss left, but I hope it's correct!
