This mob is located at roughly 36,33 in the middle of a gaggle of naga, so it was hard to get exact coordinates. Beware the frost artillery landing during combat, plus there are a lot of nearby mobs that join in while on the related World Quest. I'm not sure how populated this area is when the WQ is not up.

I kept looking around for the boss to show up. I killed the 2 or 3 sets of mobs twice. Then, I saw the boss at approximately 64.04 57.10. As you are facing the area, the boss is up the hill and towards the back.

For those in 9.2.7+ like me, these things don't show up on the map anymore or even on WQ list addons like "World Quests List."

If you have an addon like "WQAchievements", it'll actually tell you which one is available. More-importantly, it'll let you link & track the world quest (easily, at least, but I'm sure it's doable w/o the addon). If you click the WQ-link in the popup window for WQAchievements, it'll show up in your Blizzard quest/achievement/campaign/etc tracking. When you're tracking it like that, clicking the tracked WQ will highlight on the map where it is briefly with a flashy circle animation, getting around it not showing up on the map. Saves a lot of time over just searching for various spawnpoints.
