atm he's the closest thing we have to Saurfang on the alliance. Saurfang would likely win especially since they pimped him out with new gear but still McGoyver is the only gnome i know that can punt a tauren.

Go to View in 3-D, and go the the bottom right corner of the box. Scroll through the box and you will find stormstrike....that means, McGoyver can be a shaman?

He's in the water next to a seaplane. I you're doing the quest "We can rebuild it" it's outside the circle to the east.

If you have flying then just ignore the ride back and fly it yourself. The plane takes goes on a long scenic route and takes twice as long.
