You return these to Great Chef Woo who is at the SE corner of celestial arena (41.8 - 63.7 @ Timeless Isle). A blue question mark will appear if you have one to hand in.

there are other spot but the eggs have short respawn time (usually 5-7 minutes) so you can just do a loop. Please note that its better to do it with a high mobility class such as DH.
Once collected, you can go to see Grand chef Woo
