This amalgamation of emotions is what you recieve every time you defeat a boss on Siege of Orgrimmar for the first time in a week lockout, much like the Treasures of the Thunder King in the throne of Thunder.

Equipement-wise it can give cloaks or gloves with stats according to the class specialization of which you chose to recieve loot during either Raid Finder or Flexible Raid. Their ilvl also match the version in which you've killed the boss.

Consider it your goody bag for defeating the boss ;-)

(Note: Defeating bosses in the first wing, at Pandaria, will give you Twisted Treasures of the Vale instead - same loot, different package)

it seems that not all the possible loot from those chests are listed here.
Just got a Jeune dragonnet émeraude from it after killing Thok in LFR.

This is the item that you will get from raiding. It will guarantee you an angry experience.
This is the item that gave me my name,
This is the item that creates hate on the internet,
This is why horde and alliance are fighting to begin with, it's just so long time ago they cant really remember it.
I havent found anybody who likes this item, i would rather get a razor that i could slith my wrist with and get 100% damaged gear, just to pay to repair it, I would rather get that.
Don't even bother looking what it contains, you're only going to end up with 39 gold anyway, perhaps some motes of harmony.
But I can tell you one thing, you will NOT get that item you've been farming, you will get this *!@#.
