Is now a codex instead of a staff that only works while in Ashran.

Teaches Ascension.

Originally, this was datamined as a priest staff, usable only in Ashran, that would allow the wielder to fly in the zone. Since, it's been changed to the vanilla "Codex" style, that teaches a spell on use. Original stats below:

I looted this from Brickhouse and didn't get credit for the achievement. Petitioned and was told by a GM that I was missing criteria for the achievement. What else is there?
