This Banane à moitié mangée, along with a Calot d'ogre cabossé, can be looted from the dead Brute de Cognecombe maladroite found on a narrow ledge in Bloodmaul Stronghold. The gag here being that the ogre slipped on his own banana's peel and fell to his death.

Go to the neutral Bloodmaul Slag Mines flight path in Frostfire Ridge. Face north and you are facing a cliff wall move to your right and hug that wall (on your left side) until you can go no further (maybe 30yds). You are standing on Brute de Cognecombe maladroite, which is lootable and the object of Trésor : ogre mort. Looting him will take a cast time, then you receive a Banane à moitié mangée and Calot d'ogre cabossé.

I had the Assault on Stonefury Cliffs for my daily garrison today. I hopped of the flight path and headed down that ledge, for the first time. Saw the ogre and looted. It completed my garrison daily, without having do do anything else in the zone.

There's a "Partially Eaten Banana" object on the cliff above, but, for some reason, it's not tracked in WoWhead.
