The healer trinket (Encensoir de tranquillité munificent) is a joke! It procs on attacks, not on heal spells.

i've made 3 so far. 2 warforged (621) strength trinkets and one tank trinket that rolled with a prismatic socket, so even if you have one, don't forget you might make one that's a little bit better on a second or third try.

and if anyone is considering making a second one of a second spec to raise their item level that tiny amount for whatever queue, i can confirm the unique equip is for the trinket itself rather than "any munificent trinket". you can equip the tanking and strength ones at the same time.
