Got it today with my Protection Paladin.
As an additional stat it offers 72 Speed resulting in 0.64% run speed increase.
Not very much but hey - the faster the better... :D

When I got this item, it was actually worse than a 615 of the same quality, so I vendored it. Reportedly Blizzard has fixed underbudget trinkets, and the Armory does show it with +150 bonus armor instead of +106 now.

I have this 1,but mine got a prismatic socket in it.all the others i've gotten is like this without the socket

Just got it with +76 avoidance. Still says +106 armor.

This item averages 177 haste per second if you are attempting to compare with non use or proc trinkets of similar value.

It seems there is a chance for this to turn into slightly different items.

On 2/6/2015 I used one and received:
+72 Leech
+106 Bonus Armor
Use: Grants 1060 Haste for 15 sec. (1 min 30 Sec Cooldown)

On 2/15/2015 I used one and it resulted in a trinket with the same stats except that the Leech bonus was missing. This wasn't a nerf to the item overall -- I still have both items in my packs, one with Leech and one without.

In seems that there is at least a chance to get +72 Leech or +72 Speed in addition to the +106 Bonus armor and 1060 Haste on use.

As of today's date 4/8/15, and Patch 6.1.2, this trinket is still a -32 drop in bonus armor over Âme de compassion munificente. If you really need the haste boost, that would be a reason to take this, otherwise, stick with the 615 until it's really fixed.

I think it's interesting how the discussion solely evolves around the missing bonus armor (which, undoubtedly, makes this trinket worthless).

For a guardian bear tank, this trinket is horrible.
Yes, bonus armor is welcome (I'm talking about the number it _should_ have), but what am I supposed to do with that extra haste ?
Swipe thrash faster for a couple of seconds ... ?

This is terrible, and considering it gets "created" according to the loot specialization, it makes me wonder what Blizz was thinking ... the two highest stats I have gotten after creating a full ilvl 630 set from these "satchel-token" was , for a guardian druid, brace yourself ... haste, and critical strike (nope, not kidding).

Really, Blizzard ?
