This can be fished even with low levels of fishing, but don't expect to get it within 5 minutes.

It can be fished multiple times, stacks and disappears when used.

When you throw it at someone they get a "Thank you!" buff for 24 hours.

This seems to be the rarest of the three fish you can throw at people. I've gotten multiple Lunarfall Carps, tons of Awesomefish and Grieferfish, but I've yet to see a single Tyfish after a good 3000+ successful casts at 900-1000 skill!
