Reputation Vendor for HordeMimi Bullevier is currently in Warspear Hold of Warspear.
You can only turn in the items to Sallee Cisargent and Gazmolf Futzwangler to gain the rep they are found in Nagrand.

In plain English... if you have this item in your bag, it is an item to turn in to Gazmolf Futzwangler, to gain rep with the Steamwheedle Preservation Society.

Gazmolf is located in a broken castle (Ruins of Na'gwa) in Nagrand, Draenor.

There are a bunch of big dudes you can kill in Nagrand and collect items to turn in for this rep repeatedly.

Made this macro to help you turn these in. Simply bind it to a key and keep right clicking the npc to turn them in I had quite a few saved up saved me alot of time :)

Blizzard REEEEAAALLY needs to stop throwing around the purple color in the items... it used to mean an item was EPIC, important, valuable, very rare or of huge usefulness. They've been slapping the purple on things that the average player will outright discard... like Breath of Bwomsandi... god what a pitiful excuse of an item.
