I have attempted to use it in several locations along the Road of Glory, during all the different phases of the battle along the road and when our enemies slain count is capped.

This item is now usable along the Road of Glory and is consumed on use.

I have tried to use it and it Works only in Warspear (City)

Okay, does this not work anymore? I tried at multiple points along the road and it says I can't use it it...

I believe they killed these in 6.1 patch. they no longer work.
