Seems to be made for Gladiator spec. Raw AP from the Bonus Armor and the proc (which is up 50% of the time) gives 1142 AP (depends on your total AP) for me through Mastery.

That's a big buff.

Obviously also works for tanks, but seems to be one of the best trinkets in general for Gladiator Spec.

As of patch 6.2 Porte du haut fourneau is competitively better than Plume maudite d'Anzu from the new raid, Citadelle des Flammes infernales. I am assuming this is something that will be hot fixed in a future patch, due to the fact that at heroic and mythic item levels Plume maudite d'Anzu is somewhat in direct competition with a trinket from the last raid tier, Fonderie des Rochenoires.

Please note: I undetstand that with Plume maudite d'Anzu you are getting 3.00 procs per minute, as opposed to 0.92 with Porte du haut fourneau, but come one now guys... the high amount of mastery on Porte du haut fourneau, procing at any given moment, and lack of bonus armor on Plume maudite d'Anzu, bonus armor being a constant stat on the trinket in this case, is still enough to compete, in my opinion.

This trinket makes a really annoying sound, Vol d'Anzu, every time it procs, which is several times per minute.

You can download this 2KB file with an empty sound and put it in your WoW folder.

Best In Slot for Blood Death Knights. That Mastery proc's 50% uptime gives this trinket some ridiculous effective mastery

As of 7.0 this still is a 3ppm trinket with a 10 second duration, that now proc's on attack, not when struck. It gives between 950 and 1400 mastery per proc, so for those mastery DPS classes it seems to be the best up time and raw boost. I can't think of another trinket with a massive boost and 50% up time, yet no websites seem to be looking at this. My one procs for 1,254 mastery which is a 45% increase in mastery... this thing is amazing.
Anyone else been using this?
