Drop rate of 35.71% (20 from 56 kills).
I used the Saberfang Worg in Stormheim (42,25) solely for the purpose of sharing its low (but not terrible) drop rate.
Elsewhere may be different, but I suspect not.

I saw a fairly good drop rate of these off of Héron des bas-fonds in Azsuna in the murlocs area.

There are a number of animals that drop these in The Wildwood area in Val'sharah. The 3 I had the most luck on were Gleamhoof Stag, Gleamhoof Doe, and Ashmaw Mauler. Coord 57, 65.

As of 7/5/20, i've been having a good drop rate from "Duskpelt Snarler" in Stormheim - Amberfall Mesa (/way 48.65, 56.82). I cant say it's a 50% drop rate from these guys, but it def felt higher than 35%
