I apl palyinf Resto Shaman and it gives me 5-6% of my total healing. I am not so sure, that does it proc on HoT ticks or not but it is better than Concave Reflecting Lens, that gave me like 1-2% total healing.

In case anyone was on the fence about this item since it only has Crit plus a proc chance...

I'm running an 855 Vial of Nightmare Fog and an 850 Naglfar Fare (which has a very similar effect but with a healing effect to boot) and both of trinkets proc CONSTANTLY. I regularly see them proc on the same target at the same time, or on different targets at the same time, or even have more than one of each at the same time. Naglfare Fare's bubble looks similar to but less obvious than a PW Shield and the Vial's bubble is very distinct with a large purple flame aura,...I noticed on several occasions last night knocking out Kara attunement Mythics that I had 4 bubbles, (2 of each) up on 2 or more targets at a time. Of course I was getting both on the tank most often adding up to a consistent 250,000+ HP shield that made a big difference over time.

Over the course of 4 Standard Mythics the 2 of them put together consistently added up to 8% of my total healing with no input or management required on my part. A lot of guides and forum conversations will tell you to use Cocoon of Enforced Solitude and/or Amalgam's Seventh Spine (at least for a Holy Priest) but if you are lucky enough to get 1 or both of these at a decent ilvl I say GO FOR IT. Why wear Mana trinkets when you can just heal for free instead right?

(I also found My Holy Mastery HoT to be overhealing a buttload so I've been shifting a little heavier towards Crit vs Mastery so these seem to be helping quite a bit.)

You might want to consider using this trinket as a tank - especially a Brewmaster Monk. The crit helps with the passive Fortune céleste for Brewmasters and as of now it has been confirmed to proc the shield very often.
Possibly Paladins and Bears could also make good use of this, with DeathKnights and Warriors having no access to a healer loot table.

Does somebody know if this trinket procs from paladin passive healing from Aura of Mercy(and active)? That would make this incredibly strong for holy paladin , especially if you get a very high item level of this trinket.

The hot ticks immediately when applied. As long as the shield lasts long enough for two ticks (i.e three seconds) the total healing is greater than what you get from a Vial of Nightmare Fog of the same ilvl, not accounting for overhealing.

Got this bad boy today, combined it with my Lentille réfléchissante concave
They do seem to proc together and quite often.

In one Mythic run of Eye of Azshara I had 148 procs from this trinket accounting for 6.7% of my healing from the shield, and the actual heal was another 1.7% but it does not last long as the shield went down VERY quickly. It's a great combo so far for a Rejuvenation spec resto druid. It literally seems to proc off of just about anything and everything that causes a heal.
