Procs a lot! the buff is the same as the trinket's name.

After doing some test in dungeons and raid. In dungeons proc up 3 players at same time and sometimes proc in the same player, In raid proc close to 30 times up to 3 players at same time.

As a healer, is a must have.

I did several Mythic+ dungeons with this trinket and the buff was only ever applied to me when I healed myself. It never got applied to anyone else in my party. I haven't tested it in regular dungeons or raids yet so maybe it works correctly there, but in Mythic+ it's basically junk.

Received this from a Crate reward from a Class Hall mission to run Arcway. Was 840 and socketed.

As a resto druid, this seems to be procced by HoT ticks as well. It procs fairly often, about 4.1% or 276x in heroic vault of the warden. I can confirm that it works in normal mythic as well. You do have to be in combat as usual.

Got a relinquished version of this, it's garbage. In a 4 minute fight it didn't proc once.

The proc happen even if you're in tank specialization. I can confirm that it procs off a Protection Paladin's Judgement of Light and Hand of the Protector(including the HoT)

Just got a 930 version of this out of my mythic +15 box today. Can the buff be applied through Atonement healing? Any further feedback on this item?
