Found it twice (one for me, one for a guildmate) one after another in the Ogre section, sitting in a fire place of one of the roofless houses. Apparently it can be basically anywhere "indoors". Respawn time was instant, as far as I can tell -- I wandered straight into it after picking it up the first time.

I'll explain it, the Keepsake of Rememberence could be in any house, but higher chances in ones with fireplaces or extinguished fireplaces, there is a chance it could be in the Tower top level, it cannot be in the Syndicate Keep in the main section of Stromgarde

I found the Little Red Book at the top of the ogre tower.

I found the book in the ogre section of Stromgarde, right by the fireplace next to Or'Kalar (coordinates are 18,65)

Found it in the upper Syndicate area, loc 27, 65. And yes, it was on a hearth.

Found it at 18,70, on the floor at the top of Tower of Arathor (Ogre section).

it took me 30 mins to find this book, which i found inside one of the "still standing" houses, on the top floor, left as you cross the last doorway, very easy to miss if you dont specifically look that way, so if you are having trouble finding yours, check that place in the houses that are not destroyed

I found it in one of the Syndicate houses' upstairs fireplace at coordinates of 29.3, 63.0.

ok ive done this quest on 2 different chars and on the first i could see the book, but couldnt click it for the freaking item, and now on my warlock i cant find it whatso ever

if you've searched in the houses in the three zones (friendly, syndicate, and ogre) of stromgard in arathi highlands and still cannot find this pesky book, check the towers. i found mine on the top floor of the ogre tower, no where near any fireplaces, just laying there on the floor. happy hunting!
