Saw a youtube video where the rank 3 recipe dropped from the nightborne in Azsuna, in and around the 68.51 area. I farmed maybe two dozen mobs before it dropped. Nice and easy =)

It dropped for me in Suramar City fairly quickly once my Legion Jewelcrafting level reached 70. Be sure to be at or above level 70 or it might not drop at all.

Got this from a Felborne Trapper, killed around half a dozen and it dropped. Location was 61, 43, near the lake and the Thicket Hunters.

Already had rank 2 of the design learned, Legion JC skill 63, BfA JC skill 57.

Still dropping in Shadowlands. I tried the Nightborne in The Ruined Sanctum first, killed around 100 with no drop so I decided to try the Nightborne at Moon Guard Stronghold in Suramar. The design dropped from an Imperial Arcanist after about 20 kills. The Arcanist was actually in The Athenaeum, just southwest of the Stronghold at 36, 17.

I found the Aethenium (just outside the Moon Guard Stronghold in Suramar) to be a fine place to farm for these. Lots of mobs, relatively low health. And there's a world quest that's sometimes up there that'll give you an orb that'll nuke them easily. There are packs of "invaders" that spawn that don't drop any loot, but they're such low health they almost fall over on their own.

My recipe dropped here after about five minutes of farming.

No other world quests are active to give the rank 3 for the other recipes. So im stuck farming this stupid thing. Been to all the places listed below, its been an hour. I'm stuck on 80/100 skill with no way to progress. It's been 3 days of waiting for a rank 3 from a WQ....

I'm nearing 2,000 kills
