Likely a Tooltip error as Potion de défiance has the same effect. My guess is that it's a short-lived invisibility potion.

It makes your internal organs invisible. Took the Kirin Tor a while to figure that one out.

FIXED in 7.3 patch.

Before patch 7.3:
You can do a trick on battlegrounds with check (Cap the Flag) mechanic by using this potion.
Better do with stealth class, but in general anyone can use it.

How:

move to flag without any DoT's on you
use potion
start check immediately!

How to defend node against player with this potion?

AoE flag
use Potion de sens amplifiés and be smart!

PS:
- DH can see through stealth and invisible states, so be carefull, watch DH's cooldowns.
- Potion grants you invisible buff, not stealth - so hunters "track hidden" or flare can't show you up. But you still can run into trap.
- Don't know if potion work at rated battleground. Hope nope.

What does this potion actually do?
- Invisibility for 6 seconds
- All enemies are invisible TO YOU AS WELL for 6 seconds
- Incoming damage breaks invisibility
- 5 min cooldown is shared with Potion of Heightened Senses (if you must use one of these potions, I would highly recommend the invisibility potion)
