Multiple comments are stating it dropping from the daily bag instead. Hotfixed, perhaps?

Illusion: Deathfrost is now awarded from the Satchel of Chilled Goods instead of the Ice Chest. It is not awarded from the Knapsack of Chilled Goods.

This just dropped for me when i opened the Satchel of Chilled Goods. So it may be able to drop from both based on other posters noting that it drops from Ahune directly.

Got the drop from the bag tonight, but learning it only taught me the spell. I enchanted a soulbound weapon and I still cannot use the illusion mog appearance. Am I missing something? I thought just learning the spell would unlock the mog.

So firstly, I got it from the chest and Not the bag. Secondly, no one has mentioned how you use it. Once it is in the bag, right click it to apply. next, open your "Collections" icon. Choose the "Appearances" tab. In the "Items" section, look at the icon that says, "Main Hand". Just above it is a smaller circle called "Weapon Enchantment". Here you will find all the "Illusions" you have collected. Hope this helps. For more in formation about getting other "Illusions" refer to https://www.wowhead.com/weapon-illusions-guide
