This is one of the Demon Hunter glyphs added in Legion. This is applied directly to your spell, Glide, in your spellbook.
Removing a glyph: use Vanishing Powder on the specific spell, this will remove the effect, however, if you want the glyph again, you'll need to rebuy it.

Like nataro points out you use the glyph on the Glide spell in the skill book, its ONLY used on the spec you are in. This means you can have two seperate looking wings for your diffrent specs!
...It does also mean if you want the same wings on both, you're going to need two glyphs.

Killed a demon 76 times to get it to drop, the rare spawn that spawns in azosuna south east bit just north of the murlocs demon n two fel seekers, they patrol along the path up top near the hippogriph things, forget coords, kinda useless comment but world drop, looks sweet, total worth, the 0.6% drop rate doesn't sound right as you can only get it to drop once for you and it won't drop if you already have it, so its very skewed negatively.
