Pour avoir testé plusieurs endroits conseillés dans les commentaires anglais (Grells, furlbogs, harpies et murlocs), le meilleur spot a été les grells dans Grisbois, le pop des mobs est très rapide, surtout si on crée un groupe, on en tue un paquet à la chaîne et je l'ai loot après 15 minutes de farm.
Bon courage à ceux qui farm avec acharnement vu que le haut-fait et titre vont disparaitre ^^

The Gravely Wounded Soldier is located at 63.43 64.17 in Val'Sharah. Go to the Garden of the Moon flight point and take the road going southeast.

3 silkweave bandages and 1 field pack must be in your backpack to complete this quest.

I farmed the Furbolg in Smolderhide Thicket in Southern Val'sharah. The respawn rate isn't great but it only took me about 20 minutes to get the drop, I don't see too many comments suggesting where to farm so I figured I'd give my two cents.

We farmed this Item in Val Sharah, 48.0 88.0, killing Fulborgs with a 5man Group and over 180minutes of farming we saw it drop 11 times in total.

Another good place to farm this is Grizzleweald, at approximately 68,73. The Wildeyed Undergrell there have several spawn points near each other, respawn almost instantly, and have low health. Had this and 2 Bloody Requests drop in the span of about 40 minutes. Grell in a Handbasket may or may not need to be up, however.

I guess I am the unluckiest sucker there is. I have massacred the Smolderhide Furbolgs for at least 6 hours now and all I ever got were Bloody requests (5 or 6 in total). Not one of the other two items.

Got the item after 15 min farming of the murlocs on Gloaming Reef.

Another good farming spot are the harpies at 67.32, 53.20, just west of Starsong Refuge. Respawn rate is FAST (so make sure you're consistently looting), and gold is consistent. 3 drops for group right off the bat within 5 minutes. The three First Aid items that drop in Val'sharah (Supplique ensanglantée, Requête ensanglantée, and Note enfiévrée) all drop from Chouettard ivre de lune and Visquos ondulant. You'll find both of these NPCs together in rapidly-spawning numbers at Lostlight Grotto, located in Val'sharah at /way 60 82. This makes for an ideal farming situation despite the low droprates.

It took me 225 minutes to get the Bloody Plea. Every 45 min or so I got a quest, but not the Bloody Plea, until it drop vey late at night, killing those furbolgs,
