Seriously this place is so iconic to just remain on that state, hell, Wrathion could build a castle like lair for him and his rogue ish friends ( With a love chamber for Anduin too )

Marin Noggenfogger offered this to me in my rogue hall this morning after reset. He emoted to call me over and it was lying at his feet. A pleasant surprise! Ravenholdt also appears to be in excellent nick.

I just looted this item and clicked it for fun, but I was unable to cancel casting it! I ran around the vault but it continued casting, and I ended up in Ravenholdt. Oh well...

This item is really usefull while doing the Daily Greench Winter Veil quest for rogues, you just need to buy 2 different guild cloaks, 1 to teleport to orgrimmar from anywhere you are, to grab the quest, then use this, short flight to the area, then use other cloak to port back to Orgrimmar :D. This way you can keep HS anywhere you had it.

This item, Parchemin de téléportation : Ravenholdt spawns next to Marin Noggenfogger, without needing a Ticket du caveau or Sou fétiche de Marin Brouillecaboche. It is a reusable item, meaning you can use it over and over again but it has a 1 hour cooldown.

Just make sure to look infront of Marin Noggenfogger every day in the vault.

I also got Bottes d'esquive artistique from the scroll in front of Marin and last night I got the Masque d'esquive artistique from the little chest next to the artefact forge.

I have been checking every day for 4 months and no scroll. Contacted a GM and the best he could offer was that you have to specc "The Vault" in the Class Hall's "Order Advancement". As soon as it was finished a got a gift in front of Noggenfogger. Not the Scroll though but enough to convince me it is the way to get it.

Does anyone have any recent news on this, how often it spawns etc? Been a Rogue main for years but never even knew about this until recently so hunting it atm. Been checking the Hall of Shadows everyday for a while now, i have the vault thing unlocked and Marin Noggenfogger is just relaxing since he's had a hard life ^.^
