The first of these Artéfact érodés I picked up while on the Opération « Vive les Murlocs libres » world quest in Azsuna gave me a second quest (Artéfact érodé) to go talk to King Mrgl-Mrgl in the area (35.8, 17.4). You can loot these from players/murlocs/naga or from the Jarre érodées scattered around the quest area, particularly around structures. Looting the jars won't give progress toward quest completion.

Caramasse érodée in the area don't give quest progress but do drop Artéfact érodé. Same with the murlocs, no progress but carry they carry artifacts. Nagas seem to drop more artifacts per kill than murlocs or turtles, and also give 5% each toward quest completion. Not sure how much player kills give, since I only got one when I had 2% left on the progress bar.

If King Mrgl-Mrgl doesn't allow you to turn in your Artéfact érodés, you may have to wait until the world quest in that area is no longer active.
