I got 3 of these today from the listed treasure satchel (guarded by an event). I wish there was a way to get more of these after the initial set, even if difficult. They'd be mighty useful in dungeons.

Edit: Would be really useful for healers doing world content, too.

I just got 5 from the satchel & it says they do 672,655 damage.

As of now (7.0), they can't be used in the Emerald Nightmare, and probably in any other raid content.

These have no cast time, and (as mentioned above) appear to scale with your gear. My tool tip says they do 741,719 at 850ilvl.

With Legion nearing it's end this comes a bit late but here you go. This item can be used anywhere on the broken isles. When i got mine i saved 'em for emergencies, they did a fair amount of damage at the time but i don't remember how much. In the end i forgot to use them altogether and with BFA on our doorstep i decided to use 'em all to see what happens and post it here.

Turns out they are absolutely useless now, i threw one at a snake (1/1 health) and nothing happened other than that it got scared and quickly slithered away, despite the tool tip saying it does 13,422 damage to all enemies within 6 yds. Didn't do anything against hostile mobs either.

I tried these at level 120 on a Nightborne Steward and a Suramar Shieldguard in Suramar, and they did zero damage. Nothing. Either they have no effect at 120 or they have no effect in Suramar.
