To add an update to what gongon said, I tried Moroes in old Karazhan and he didn't drop it.

Looks like we're all running mythics now!

The original Moroes does not even have a 10% chance to drop this item—it is a Legion item and will ~~only drop in the mythic dungeon~~.

EDIT: Moroes' loot table on WoWhead now indicates that Heroic Moroes will also drop this, so you do not need to be on mythic difficulty.

The drop rate is not 100%. Last I checked, WoWhead had the drop rate listed at around 4%.

I did Karazhan in Mythic+ 2 mode and the item didnt drop. I then joined the Heroic Queue and got it from there. Hope this saves you some time.

Quest item belongs to the quest Retour à Karazhan : sacs aux mille malices which is a reference to "The Big Bang Theory" TV show!

I got the the bag from moroes, everytime with a heroic team, i just dont cany get the top one.. but moroes has been a 100% drop to me, and the others on the q, any know how to get the last item, not the felwew? from undeadsorcer
