a party member was killed at the same time this dropped. I got it, and stood with the body.

When she returned, it was gone. We tried twice more and then had her abandon the quest and I shared it again. It dropped this time on the fourth or fifth kill.

this quest is easy if your a lvl 17 raiding with lvl 18 and 19's so make good friends that are higher lvls than you.

The drop rate on this book and the other appear to have changed. I only had to kill about a dozen Warlocks and Cultists on order to get both books.

Just got boosted, and dropped pretty fast for me, don't worry if you're not the only one with the quest, everyone can loot it.

The reason the droprate appears so low is because it won't drop if nobody has the quest.
