My Alliance character was teleported to Horde base in Dalaran. I could freely explore around without being ported out and dazed. The effect did not persist after relogging - I got booted within seconds after moving my character.

I used it in the cave and it teleported me through the wall and underneath wow world. Crashing me everytime I moved, so you have to hearth out without taking a step.

My bet is this is not a mistake, that there is a *secret wall somewhere in that cave or somewhere in broken isles that you want to get through and this thing is the only way to get there.

Was attacked by an alliance out in the world and they used this item to get away... Thought he was speed hacking and reported him. Next time I'll have one too and go teleporting after him!

Used it in front of the Nameless Mystic pet master on Broken Shore and it just did the sound effect and spark for somewhere around a dozen times, not moving me at all.
