Got one on my Outlaw Rogue, it does not get buffed by this.

HOWEVER, it is worth noting that, especially for Outlaw Rogue, it isn't harmful to have. Versatility is a great stat for outlaw, and while this necklace only contributes to about .5% of my overall DPS in fights, that's .5% that a regular stat-stick necklace would not have. Can be easily replaced for a 5 item level upgrade if the stats are right, but it is definitely not a bad choice to hold on to for that slight push in damage.

I've gotten this on both a Lock and a Shadow Priest now for some reason. Pretty lame if you're trying to get the unique staff for tmog purposes.

This item is NOT affected by Enhancement Shaman Mastery's increase to fire damage, however, the spell effect CAN crit.
