While out doing world quests (in an area with only demons) as a feral druid, it provided 12% of my total damage done.
The damage it deals is Holy and can crit. I didn't thoroughly test it, but the great variation in recorded damage done (from 400k to 1440k, with 691k average) suggests it is affected by temporary +damage% buffs. As a RPPM effect, you can expect it to provide around 80k DPS if you're constantly fighting.

There's almost certainly better (or at least more profitable) things you can use Primal Sargerite for, so I expect this elixir to not see much use during the first weeks of the patch.

This works inside the Une adversaire impossible scenario for artifact appearance challenge, does decent damage as well

It doesn't seem to work in raids (tried using it in ToS), but it might work in outdoor dungeons like DHT or CoS since they fit the criteria and do have a decent amount of demons.

You may find references to Lightblood Elixir being able to be stacked for the Agatha Mage Tower encounter; this was a bug that existed until late patch 7.3.5, and has now been fixed.

The bug allowed you to apply several stacks of Lightblood Elixir to yourself if you split each elixir into its own stack before consuming. Each stack functioned seperately, allowing you to deal ludicrous amounts of damage on every attack against a demon.
This was silently fixed around the 5th or 6th of June, 2018.

Guardian druids could really use this buff during the mage tower considering the amount of damage it requires and the "low" damage output of the bear with all the enemies coming at us.
But I did kruul with the moonfire spam tactic anyway.

If you are levelling alts through legion content post squish, in particular the invasions, I would really recommend buying or crafting some of these. They really pack a punch at the moment, to the point where I suspect they will be nerfed. On a level 104 toon, clearing all wq's of a stormheim invasion the elixir did 40% of my damage.

Use and abuse before it gets nerfed, is my advice.

For anyone curious about mage tower (agatha), this does NOT work. It used to work and made the encounter completely trivial but its disabled for timewalking mage tower. Sylvan Elixir does work for 10% extra stats but you lose the effect on death. Haven't tested all the other consumables yet, Agatha actually had a ton of items since she counted as an outdoor boss.
