Crafting these will allow you to transfer expulsom from your alchemist to others, as scrapping a trinket always gives expulsom.

I just want to point out that there is a chance to craft this as an ilvl233 rare/blue quality item! Don't get too excited though... you only get +1 more versatility. Just +1. Base healing amount remains the same regardless of which rarity you have, but the total amount healed is as usual, affected by the wearers stats.

*Has no internal cooldown as far as I can tell, you can fight a group of mobs and drop them rapidly & get healed just as quickly as you kill them!

Scrapped 2 green trinkets today, neither gave Expulsom. I got 12 Rivebulbe and 11 Pollen de sirène all together :-/

Despite rank 3 claiming to allow procs of multiple tinctures, it does not. It only costs 1 less of each herb.

A very underrated trinket. This essentially allows you to mass-pull non-stop without ever having to sit down and eat or cast heals. At level 111, you have about 30k HP. This thing restores a third of that every single time you score a killing blow, with no ICD.

This is the BfA version of Rata des combattants.
