A major issue (as of 8/25) is that this bomb along with the other two engineering bombs at this level share a cool down with health potions.

Contrary to what the on-use effect's tooltip says, this does have a 2 sec cast time. It wouldn't have hurt to include that in the tooltip, I think!

If you use this, then it puts your DPS potion on CD.

However, if you use the DPS potion first, you can still use this.

Did they stealthy nerfed the materials cost ?
2-3 days ago, I remember to need 10 ores to make the rank 1.
Now I need only 6 ...

EDIT:
"The F.R.I.E.D., Organic Discombobulation Grenade, and Thermo-Accelerated Plague Spreader all now require fewer materials to craft. Rank 3 versions of their recipes should now also require fewer materials than Rank 2."
