Just like in WoD and Legion, mission duration effects stack multiplicatively. Combining these spurs with Lilian Voss' Vanish or Magister Umbric's Spacial Rift results in 0.5*0.8=0.4=40% mission duration. So a 10 hour mission will take 4 hours, rather than the 3 it would take if they were additive.

If you want to maximize the rep gains from missions, this item is the way to go. That is if you don't want to sleep and can run missions through the night. Assuming that new missions are offered quickly enough.

WARNING:
If you have a stack of any of those equipment and you use it to equip one of your followers the WHOLE stack will become SOULBOUND.
SPLIT the stack before you use it.

FIX:
Split the stack, the new stack will be BoE. Put the soulbound ones on top of the (still) BoE ones => all are now BoE.
If u have just one that soulbound buy or craft another one. Put the soulbound ones on top of the BoE ones => all are now BoE.
Also you can vendor the soulbound one, craft or buy a new one (BoE) and recover the soulbound one from vendor.

Is this item still stackable? Just wanted to know if it's indeed nerfed or not before I spend gold to buy them or materials to make them, because Pierre à aiguiser en monélite for example, can't be stacked on one single champion. Tried it. :(
