Turns both you and your mount invisible for 30 minutes with a 1 hour cooldown, and lasts through combat.

Seems to work for all mounts, including the transforming ones like Fiole des sables, and turns your rider invisible too! I recommend the Faucon de feu corrompu, as the purple aura remains on the bird.

So sneak up on your foes with style!

Oh my god, I am utterly astounded by this toy. I finally got it today after quite a lot of kills, and of course (after much squealing) I immediately tested it out:

-It works through combat! Already, that makes this toy "better" than the toys that drop upon entering combat, if we use that as a metric.
-It lasts 30min., which is quite long for a visual buff like this; I fully expected this to be a 2min. buff. I am extremely happy it's 15x that!
-It has a 1hr. cooldown... which means, with a 30min. buff, you can have this effect going 50% of the time you're playing! That's crazy awesome for a toy!
-It affects your mounts, too! Similar toys only affect your character, but this one turns your mount transparent, too! Whaaat?
-Other players can see the effect -- you (and your mount) will appear transparent to them as well! We all know toys aren't as fun unless we can show them off to others to make them wonder "Why does she look like that? How is she doing that?" ;)

However, though I haven't personally tested this, according to Frihedstimen's comment the buff is lost on death, which is sad... but the other benefits totally make up for this, I think. We can't have a perfect toy (can we?)... Though this toy does come damn close!

I've collected a lot of toys; I'm sitting at 401 out of 690 (I'm sure there are plenty who have tons more than I do (I just started playing mid-Legion), but I'm not new to toys by any means), and I can confidently say that, if we compare this toy to other similar toys using these points as a metric (buff length; CD length; breaks on combat or not; etc.), based on all these objective attributes --and of course, the effect itself!-- I think this is one of the best toys out there.

In dragonflight if you use this and then catch a ride with a fellow dragonrider (iow, become a Whelp to ridealong) you have wasted this usage. If you want to go somewhere and use it, then use it right when you dismount.
