Couteau rituel drust is inside the Malle runeliée treasure.
Malle runeliée is in Drustvar Iceveil Glacier on Kul Tiras Isle at 33.68 71.73. Chest is protected by wards you have to use them in the right order or you get damage. To unlock wards look at the signs at the arc behind the chest left to right order. Or simply click wards in that order: Right Up Left Down.

Unfortunately can only be used on players, and only before they release. I wish it could be used on mobs.

Cool animation though.

This toy has caused me to routinely let DPS die in dungeons so I can use the animation before rezing them. > _>

Malle runeliée
Coordinates: 33.7, 71.7 - Malle runeliée - Iceveil Glacier

To get to the Malle runeliée and the Couteau rituel drust, start in Arom's Stand and follow the path through the mountains seen left of the flying point. Cross Gol Osigr and cross the frozen lake, pass the ruins of a wall on the way down as you reach the Iceveil Glacier. The chest is located further down, on the snow-covered area.
The Malle runeliée is covered with a Runic Ward protection. Click the runes in the following order to get to the Ark.
1. Right
2. Up
3. Left
4. Down

For anyone that isn't aware; this toy can be used while you are dead or even a ghost. Wipe in the middle of a raid next to your buddy? Target them and sacrifice their soul! You can funnily enough sacrifice your -own- soul with this toy. Give it a try next time you die!

As a Demon Hunter, I enjoy killing someone in PvP, and then performing the ritual sacrifice on them while saying something in Demonic with this little macro:

/cast Drust Ritual Knife
/script SendChatMessage("This ritual sacrifice would be a lot more badass if you didn't speak Demonic.", "SAY", 8)

I just wish I could think of something better to say.
