Very easy to get from Maraudon. I believe it's the first boss in the instance, and only takes a moment to kill. It says 30% drop rate, but when I did it I had one drop each time. The +10 NR is incredibly useful. Since it isn't unique, go ahead and get 2 of them.

since it is non unique you can have two :) +20 Nr ftw also this is very effective on ridding yourself of crippling poisons from rogues. One can easily escape a rogues range if they break free from their stuns and use this to get away quicker.

For a new guild that is just entering the AQ raid instances, Nature Resist will be your best friend, but without access to the high rep armor such as the Bloodvine Armor. Your going to be looking for other ways to fill that NR gap and this trinket can help in that quest.

It drops from Noxxion in Maraudon's Orange Side.
Has a fairly high chance to drop so your looking at maybe a few runs to get 2 of these.
Also Noxxion drops a wand that for casters can add a few more NR points. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=17745

The fight is fairly simple.
At points in the fight he will split into smaller water elementals, just AoE them down, they are non elite and when all are destroyed Noxxion will reappear in his larger form.

Good NR trinkets for AQ40. They aren't unique so you can have two, but they share the same cooldowns.

Although very good for NR in AQ raid instances, it is equally usefull in Naxx fights such as Grand Widow Faerlina, who shoots a poisin volley that can potentially kill a low health cloth wearer if not dispelled quickly.

This trinket does not remove blind or wyvern sting, however it does remove the highest level of crippling poison without any fizzle.

This item still in fact works on level 70 poisons, or at least things 64+. Still worth carrying around.

As of this patch, Noxxion Spawn are no longer lootable, and their corpses despawn very quickly. Noxxion's the only way to get it now!

....and I swear to Leeroy, if I get *one more Noxxion's Shackles*, I'm gonna.... I don't know what I'm gonna do, but it ain't pretty.

When you have a stack of poisons it only removes one instance. For example the Stonelash Scorpids in Silithus gave me 3 Venom Stings. After using this trinket I still had 2 Venom Stings on me.

with the new version of this trinket in 4.0.3a, this is the 1st trinket you can get that provides stat bonus. Moreover, +stamina and +nature resist are all useful in PvP, this trinket may be the best trinket for 30-39 bracket, go together well with the Insignia of the Horde/Alliance.

Probably worth mentioning it isn't unique, so if you plan on doing plain old PvE (or are a human, for PvP) You can use 2.

Finally, an easily obtainable tanking trinket for low levels!

Ideally a Tanking Trinket what with the loads of stam and nature resis, but the neg poison effect makes every class role on this....which makes acquiring it a pain. I get why a Rogue or a Plate Dps May want this, but why do casters and healers roll on this item? All rhetoric aside, if you're a tank, go for this, if you're a dps and didn't pass....I hope you enjoy never utilizing it :}

I'm not so sure this is still dropping anymore. I've killed him about 15 times so far on my warrior alt and it hasn't dropped once. I know 15 kills isn't a particularly large sample size, but with a claimed 33% percent drop rate, you would think you'd see at least one after that many kills..

Confirmed it drops i had it drop for me about a week or 2 ago on my level 39 paladin and i just got 1 today. It dropped today at 3:21 realm time Ghostlands and I can prove its non unique and can be double equipped.

As part of Blizzards ongoing war on fun, the drop rate on this trinket has been reduced to the vanishing point. It is so small there is no way a single person can measure it. If you get a drop be sure a DPS will roll need on it as well. Why bother? Why even bother with this game at all?
