The name Lady Sevine is a reference to an elite(?) NPC in the Blasted Lands who is part of the Fallen Hero of the Horde's quest string.

Edit: As of the Cataclysm, she is dead and removed.

this book, as with all of the other class-specific books at level 54 for dire maul, are now USELESS because you can no longer queue for dire maul at level 54. once again, a heartfelt thanks to the asshats at blizzard for not giving us a heads up on obsolete items, as i had been saving several of these books for alts i have been levelling. at the very least, they could have lowered the level requirement on these books to make them useable with cataclysm, but no, that would have made too much sense.

You hand it in DM, actually inside the instance. You have to find Lorekeeper Mykos.

She is in the Athenaeum. This on the level called Prison of Immol'Thar or better known as the same room where Prince Tortheldrin is at.

I've had this book in my bags for quite a few years, I was waiting to level up my Warlock and give it to them. Well I finally started leveling up my lock, and this item doesn't do anything. It still says that it begins a quest but when I click it absolutely nothing happens, and my warlock is the correct level too. Can anyone confirm this item is broken, or is it just me?
