Shapeshifting mana costs really add up and this is a huge mana saver for any hybrid druid quickly switching in and out of forms.

trinket still reduces mana cost to zero at level 80 if you have primal tenacity and Natural Shapeshifter.

Loldownrate? It does, try it out, or do simple math.

Maybe I'm completely missing it, but as a former raiding druid, this trink looks like nothing more than vendor trash. "ZOMG, completely nullifies the cost of shapeshifting"? Yeah, great. Once every 5 minutes, otherwise, useless as it gets.

Granted, I have no idea what this trink's stats were 4+ yrs ago, but as of right now, a couple of days before Cataclysm hits the shelves, this looks like junk waiting to be sold for 7+gold. *shrug*
