You need to be with a status of Neutral or above to turn this this quest. The quest says "unfriendly/neutral" but it is deceiving. The Turn-in won't show up till you obtain the Neutral Status in faction.

Just wanted to confirm that this item still drops. I was Honored with Timberpaw Hold and it dropped after around 50 kills. Turning in the related quest gave 8150xp and 1540 rep points at level 56.

Just got this in 7.3.5, it takes forever to drop (50-100 kills). Got mine from a Deadwood Den Watcher and I was friendly with Timbermaw Tribe when it dropped.

Still drops in BfA, can confirm the drop today.

Took me a few more than the 15 i needed for the quest, but got it drop before i had all weapons, so.. drop rate seems okay to me
